About the Role
As the Test Lead, you will be focused on delivering high quality customer outputs. You will ensure enterprise applications and software products meet quality standards and client requirements. You will devise test strategy, plan and prepare test reports with the findings.
Responsibilities include:
- Develops a comprehensive test strategy outlining the overall approach to testing the enterprise applications.
- Prepares a detailed test plan that outlines the test objectives, schedule, deliverables, test environment setup and resource allocation based on project requirements and specifications.
- Designs and implements testing strategies to ensure complete coverage of functionality, performance, and security.
- Collaborates with the test team to create test scenarios and cases that cover all the possible functionalities and requirements of the enterprise application.
About You
To be successful in this role, our preferred candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Information Technology is preferred. Any other related discipline or commensurate work experience considered.
- Significant experience in testing applications and software, test strategy and test plans.
- International Software testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) accreditation (or equivalent) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of testing practices and methodologies over the System DevelopmentLifecycle (SDLC) across System / Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Regression Testing.
- Proficient in Software Test Automation, Application Development, Test Execution, Software Documentation and Agile Methodologies skills.
- Excellent Planning & Prioritisation, Problem Solving, Communication and Analytical Thinking skills.
